The body is made with beautiful German beech wood, and each mill is fitted with a ceramic grinding mechanism that is harder than steel and also odourless and rust and corrosion-proof. The high quality stainless steel shaft makes for superior performance and durability, while the fully adjustable grind setting allows for custom and consistent grinding, going from coarse to fine with a simple turn of the adjustment ring.
