What to expect
At your scheduled appointment time you’ll get a text message with a link for the video call. Using your smart phone, click the link and say hello to Brendan, a certified home inspector and Rümi advisor.
Brendan will help you assess what’s going on in your home. Working through a home health checklist, he’ll guide you to areas that may need a little TLC.
- In your kitchen, you’ll check hard working appliances like your fridge, dishwasher and exhaust fan.
- In the mechanical room (an easy to overlook area) you’ll check out things like the furnace filter, humidifier, and hot water tank.
- We’ll also check CO monitors, smoke detectors, and washer/dryer vents.
We know that things pop up and schedules change, and we do our best to be flexible. But to provide the best service to you and our other customers, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes to a scheduled appointment.
