What to expect

If you chose the phone call option to connect with us, Brendan, Rümi’s friendly Certified Professional Inspector, will call you at your scheduled appointment time.

If you chose the video call option, you’ll receive a text message to your smart phone with a link for the video call at your appointment time. Click the link and say hello to Brendan, Rümi’s friendly Certified Professional Inspector.

Brendan will help you assess what’s going on in your home by:

  1. Determining if the problem is minor, or something more serious;
  2. Providing tips on how to fix the problem yourself, or he’ll direct you to a professional who can help; and 
  3. Sharing some super helpful home maintenance tips and tricks.

Cancellation Policy

We know that things pop up and schedules change, and we do our best to be flexible. But to provide the best service to you and our other customers, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes to a scheduled appointment.
